Located on Columbus Circle in the heart of Manhattan, the Museum offers flexible spaces, contemporary design, and Central Park views that will elevate any special event.

Private gallery access and guided tours may be arranged for an additional fee.

Catering is provided by Ark Restaurants Corp.

AV is provided by Park Boulevard Productions.

A Full Floor to Transform

The Museum’s seventh floor boasts floor-to-ceiling Central Park views and a generous open plan that is perfect for press events, presentations, cocktail parties, and dinners. Capacity: 85 for seated dinner; 120 for theater style seating; 150 for cocktail reception.

The Barbara Tober Grand Atrium

The ground level Barbara Tober Grand Atrium is enclosed by glass, features a suspended grand staircase, and can accommodate 110 for cocktails (dependent on current artwork in space).  Please note this is not a private space.  

An intimate and exqusite media room

The Theater at MAD is fully restored to its original mid-century design, with a dazzling gold lame ceiling, neoclassical-inspired bronze doors, and rich walnut paneled walls. The Theater comfortably seats 143 guests, making it an ideal setting for private screenings, press conferences, corporate seminars and presentations, performances, and rehearsals. The Theater’s lobby is also available for private events for up to 60 guests. 

The Theater’s presentation options include DCP, 35mm, 16mm, optical media and legacy video projection with Dolby Digital surround sound, XPAND 3D capabilities, wired and wireless microphones, and various laptop and auxiliary inputs.

Video projections on the Museum’s 54,000- square-foot ceramic and glass-paneled façade makes an awe-inspiring statement and unforgettable encounter with your company’s brand that will impact thousands of the city’s visitors and residents each day.
