Anna Bánkuti (Germany) is a jewelry artist and designer based in Stuttgart, Germany. Raised in Hungary, in an artistic family, she was drawn to creative expression from an early age. In 2009, she moved to Stuttgart to study fine art at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design, where she explored ways to make her work more accessible beyond traditional gallery spaces. This pursuit led her to experiment with intricate designs on polystyrene material, merging fine art with functional design.
After earning her diploma in fine art, she continued her studies in Jewelry Design at Pforzheim University. Now working under the name “ANZU” jewelry, Bánkuti crafts pieces inspired by antiques and symbolism, each meticulously hand-drawn to evoke history and meaning. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, storytelling, and the interplay between past and present.
